    It is made from refined cornstarch by enzymatic process. The use of it is as follows:

Maltose Syrup application
1. It can depress freezing to prevent crystal formation in food industry such as jam and jelly,which extents the shelf time of products.

2. It offers good taste,transparence,and colors to confections,and also keeps longer shelf life.

3. It tastes 40% as sweet as sucrose and have high inflation and viscoslty.So it can improve textures and improve the flavor of cold drinks.

4. It can be widely used in beverages,cold drinks,milk drinks,jams,honey foods ,etc. Compared with sucrose ,it has the advantages of low cost,good taste and extends shelf life.

5. Maltose Syrup has the similar characteristics to High Maltose and glucose. It can be used as a kind of sweetener as a substitute of Maltodextrin .Different products will be offered according to the needs of consumers.
